Accounting and tax services, registered office, domiciliation, and the Luxembourg resident manager (licensed provider), are provided by our licensed partner. Their fees depend on the complexity of your structure and are subject to a final quotation. Notary fees, registration costs, bank charges and share capital are paid separately. This offer is indicative. After our introductory call, we will send you a proposal with your final scope and fees for your consideration. Once agreed, it is confirmed in a signed engagement letter.

How much does it cost to set up a company in Luxembourg?

How long does it take?
Usually two to four weeks once all documents are complete. Opening an account with a traditional bank can take several weeks, but through our partner, a payment institution licensed by the CSSF, a business account with a Luxembourg IBAN can often be opened much faster.
What is the difference between an S.à r.l. and an S.à r.l.-S?
The S.à r.l. requires a minimum capital of €12,000 and can be owned by individuals or companies. The S.à r.l.-S can start with €1, is reserved for natural persons and is limited to commercial activities.
Do I need to move to Luxembourg?
No. The company can be formed and managed while you live abroad. For holding companies, real management in Luxembourg is important, and we can provide a Luxembourg resident independent manager.
Do I need a registered office in Luxembourg?
Yes, every Luxembourg company needs one. Our licensed partner can provide it.
Can you help open a bank account?
Yes. We prepare your file and organise the opening, either with a traditional bank or through our partner, a payment institution licensed by the CSSF, for a faster start.
What happens after incorporation?
