A European Business Presence, Without the Friction.

As your single point of contact, we handle the formation of your Luxembourg entity end to end, by connecting you with licensed domiciliation, banking, and compliance partners so you can establish an EU entity without relocating or navigating it alone.

Why Sàrl-S

Built for founders who work from anywhere.

A Luxembourg Sàrl-S (Société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée, or simplified private limited liability company) gives you instant EU legal personhood, useful for invoicing EU clients, signing EU contracts, and applying to EU marketplaces and payment processors that can be wary of non-EU entities. It also carries the reputational weight of an AAA-rated, EU founding member, seen as stable and low-risk.

For remote founders with no residency in Luxembourg, it stands out as an ideal first company type. Just €1 in minimum share capital, no notary requirement, and the entire process can be completed remotely, without ever needing to relocate or visit Luxembourg.

Why Luxembourg

A real EU jurisdiction, not a shortcut.

A Luxembourg Sàrl-S is typically cheaper to maintain than alternatives like Estonia's e-Residency, Ireland, or the Netherlands, and it carries fewer substance requirements at the small-company stage, while still being recognized as a substantive EU jurisdiction.

That distinction matters especially for founders coming from non-EU countries, since opening accounts, securing merchant processing, or contracting directly with EU counterparties can otherwise be harder to arrange. An EU-domiciled company, set up and supported through licensed partners who apply the enhanced due diligence that status calls for, gives you a legitimate, properly vetted route into that access.

What We Coordinate

Every step of your EU entry, arranged for you.

We coordinate end-to-end Sàrl-S formation, from documentation through incorporation, and connect you with licensed domiciliation agents for your registered office, with due diligence matched to your structure. We manage all required filings under Luxembourgish mandate and guide you through opening your account with digital banking partners, which are swifter than traditional banks.

How It Works

From first call to incorporated entity.

We start with a conversation about your business, ownership, and where you plan to operate from, to confirm a Sàrl-S fits. Upon agreement, we mutually sign an engagement letter so that we can prepare the formation paperwork and coordinate the filings. For your Luxembourg business address, we work with a domiciliation agent. Once the company is formed, we guide you through opening a digital bank account. From there, we handle VAT registration along with Chamber of Commerce registration, and take care of any additional registrations you'd like along the way.

After Incorporation

Ongoing support, for those who want it.

Since formation is only the starting point, we offer optional post-formation support for a fixed quarterly fee. This means staying on as your point of contact with your domiciliation and banking partners, keeping your governmental filings current as details change, tracking renewal and tax deadlines, and flagging compliance touchpoints before they become urgent. It also covers company secretarial support, such as board minutes and shareholder resolutions, along with the everyday administrative load, coordinating invoice payments on your behalf and managing the physical mail arriving at your registered business address, so nothing sits unopened. While many founders choose to keep this ongoing support, it remains optional and can be cancelled at the end of any quarter.

Every founder we work with is in search of a credible EU presence, without spending months learning a new bureaucracy. That's where LuxCorp Services comes in, offering incorporation and post-incorporation services as your single point of contact.
